New Funky Bodyweight Stuff
If you guys got my email yesterday, then you know I just downloaded a cool new bodyweight workout with some exercises that I’ve never done before.
So, not to "toot" my own horn, but I think I’m pretty good at bodyweight exercises.
BUT, these exercises were kind of humbling. And I did them with ABSOLUTELY no previous knowledge on how to perform them.
In fact, this is the FIRST time that I’ve ever tried them.

I tried those Israeli commando bodyweight exercises this morning after my kettle bell workout. They were tough the first ime but they are cool to do and fun, especially the “frog hop” one at the end.

Thanks for breaking down the moves! It helps make them more do-able. I have seen this stuff before, but it always seems like they are going so fast and, being older, I am trying to avoid hurting myself.
