How To Equip Your HOME GYM…
Who needs a smelly, over-crowded gym when you can train at home?
You can be outside getting some Vitamin D and some fresh air and NOT have to worry about the music selection, the meathead who took your squat rack so he can do bicep curls or bringing your flip-flops so you don’t step in anything in the nasty shower.
Here’s how I’ve equipped my "home gym"…
Have a Great Day!

Chris,
That is a great little set up for a home gym. There is nothing better than getting out in that fresh air to train.
Doing kettlbells outside in the summer is a great time! Love it!
Have you doing any kettlebell juggling yet? Whoo ha–good times

haven’t really tried juggling yet, Mike.
I’ll have to come down for a visit to learn something from you I think!

… thanks for showing your work-out space and giving me ideas on how i can get the best use from my [limited] space for a home gym.
interesting piece.
also, i like the topics/organization of the website… now i need to explore it some more.
great stuff, Jack. keep coming back! I’ll have more information every week.

Great stuff! I quit the gym about 6 months back. Been working out at home since. I’ve a TRX, pull up bar, a couple of dumbbells, a barbell and a stability ball. Seems enough so far. But gonna have to add more plates soon. KBs are too expensive in this part of the world, unfortunately.
Aizan,
What part of the world are you in? Maybe I can find you a supplier. Let me know and just leave a comment on the blog.
Chris
That is the cutest little boy I’ve ever seen!
thanks, Annie.
He’s alright.
