5 Ab Exercises You Should Be Doing

I’m off to the chiropractor today to get my wrist fixed.

I was doing another round of MVO2 training on Monday and felt a tweak in my wrist.  I know for sure that it was because I didn’t maintain proper form and my wrist hyper-extended on the catch.

As a result, anything that I do in a hyper-extended position (Get-ups, Push-ups, trying to get off the ground) hurts.  I could continue to do the high rep snatches this week and really focus and be conscious of keeping proper form, but I don’t think I’ll risk further injury.

Instead, I’ll focus on my swing and doing those for high reps.  For strength work, I can still deadlift, squat, row & chin-up (using a neutral grip) and press, so this injury shouldn’t hinder me too much.  I guess we’ll have to see what my chiropractor, Erica, says.

And since the weather is starting to get better, it’s about time that I get on the hill and run some sprints.  I’ll probably do that on Friday morning.

In the meantime, I filmed a video a while back that I forgot to show you guys.

    Wow – fantastic, but Spiderman, eat your heart out !!! Naaaa this one’s REALLY tough !!!! so definitely worth working on !

    Thanks for these! I really hate Spiderman but we’ll see how he treats me after a couple weeks… I may be in love then!
