Another 5×5 Finisher Friday

Before the weekend, I wanted to make sure I posted this new Finisher Friday workout for you.  

I’ve got a busy weekend in store, so it looks like I’ll be needing to do this quick and intense workout.  Lots of family time, lots of coaching responsibilities, lots of doing the stuff I love.

    Chris,
    Just watched your “Friday Finisher” vid. Like the combination. I’ve been following you for over a year now and have incorporated many of your comments and combinations in designing the KB workout classes I teach. I have a question regarding you technique in performing a press. I’ve been taught to go from rack position to the press by keeping my elbow in line and pressing the weight as straight up as possible. I notice your elbow flares out when you press which I was taught is referred to as “broken arm” position and can be damaging in the long run. Please advise. Thanks
