I filmed a video with my good friend and fat loss expert Dan Go to determine what would potentially burn more fat – a burpee or a Double Kettlebell Front Squat.
Coaxing Dan into being my test subject, I took him through both exercises while comparing his beginning heart rate to his increase heart rate immediately after performing each exercise.
Here’s the catch though, he only did 3 reps of the Double Front Squat (versus 10 reps of the burpees).
