The Most Important Exercise That You’re NOT Doing…

Got this question on my Facebook Page from my volleyball buddy Glenn… what are some crawling variations? So I filmed this video for you to demo the types of crawls that I do in my everyday practice. One important thing to note, is that you have to own the pattern first and the best way to do that is to establish a baseline of being able to “BABY CRAWL” for 10 minutes straight. Sounds simple, and it is, but it’s not that easy if you haven’t crawled since you were an infant. When you can do 10 minutes of baby crawling everyday for 10 minutes, 10 days straight, you’re probably ready for the progressions that I outline in the video above.
