Finisher Friday – It’s All About The Abs

 For some reason this week’s been exhausting for me.  Lots to do on the home front with casts and stomach flu.  Haven’t gotten a lot of sleep this week and it’s starting to take it’s toll on me.

Nonetheless, I’ve put together one of my favorite finishers to date for you in the video below.

Lots of oblique work – both the reverse curls and the hip-touches will work your obliques hard – and lots of bracing.

If you perform the circuit below for the recommended 3-4 rounds, your abs will be sore into next week!

    Those reverse curls really kicked in on the second set :-)
