Kettlebell Complexes – Finisher Friday

Just about to head out to the -15 degree windchill on my dutch bike (big thanks to Jamie who sent me a link on how to "build" your own snow tires!).

I wanted to make sure I posted the latest "Finisher Friday" video for you.

I only used a 16kg kettlbell, but if you’re able to use something heavier (depending on your level or experience), you’d get an incredible workout in under 10 minutes.

Check it out and leave a comment to let me know what you think…….

Have an awesome weekend, guys!

What – thought you did your workouts in your living room – kept the kettlebells in the fireplace. Seriously – nice finisher. I lIke how it is almost a complete body exercise/workout.

chris-my favorite complex.wanted your opinion on the press.i was taught by anthony diluigo”art of strenght founder”that if you sink your shoulder a 1/2 in before you press that it would engage the lat better and would be safer on the shoulder plus you can press more.

@Melkon – that advice is great and similar to something I just read on the DD newsletter where you imagine a wet sponge being placed Bren your rib cage and elbow. Before you press, you try to squeeze all the water out of the sponge and this helps prime and fire the Lat.

Is this a finisher for end of workout (replaces intervals) or could be a standalone workout.

I agree with your post here. Working out to gain muscle and then to loose weight is the only way to get in the best shape
