Friday QnA: Barbells & Kettlebells Coexisting in the same Program and Kobe has lost his mind

Happy Friday the 13th to you!

Here's a bit of an off-topic that I find interestingly funny…

I was just reading an article on about how Kobe Bryant thinks that his US Olympic Team has enough firepower to beat the 1992 Dream Team (Michael, Magic, Bird, et al.).

Obviously the air pollution in Los Angeles has really fogged Kobe's ability to process things mentally.

I'm a bit biased, as you'll see in today's QnA video, so I'll just leave it at that…

    Greetings Chris,
You mentioned an upcoming mastermind meeting. Which group do you belong to and are they accepting new members?

Hi Chris, I’ve used a teaspoon of coconut oil per cup every once and a while, but not the butter. Don’t know if I can get raw butter here, but can get organic. So thanks to you and Eric for this recipe. PS I also use organic coffee whenever possible.

Aw, my volleyball number in high school was 23 (that was in the 70s!). It’s just hot here in L.A. but I’m sure there’s tons of smog out there. Your cottage sounds heavenly, with fresh air I’m sure.

I have almost a gallon of coconut oil I’m trying to get through, so I’ll have to try the butter later.

I don’t bench either (as a 100 lb girl!) and find I’m visiting the gym less these days. Thanks for the ladder talk and Q&A–very informative.

    Hi Chris.

I just found your website. Very cool! I was wondering if you have any suggestions for anyone like myself who’s trying to get into Kettlebell lifting competitively?
