    How would you fit this in with the Kettlebell Revolution workouts? Your workouts already have a sort of finisher on the end, don’t they? If so, could this be added on the end, or only on alternate-days?

      Hey Scott,

      I would replace Mike’s finishers with mine as an option if you got bored of doing swings or snatches. Off-day workouts would work as well, but I wouldn’t do it during Phase 3 because the workouts on that day can get intense.
