Happy Holidays to everyone.
I’ve taken the first few hours of this quite Christmas Eve morning to do some planning for 2011, but now the coffee shop that I’m sitting in is starting to get loud and noisy…even through these big can headphones that I have on.
I’ve got to get to the gym, so I just wanted to wish everyone a very Safe and Happy Holiday Season and if you celebrate Christmas, MERRY CHRISTMAS!
Below, you’ll find a new Kettlebell Finisher Videos that I filmed last week. You can use them to end your workout, or if you know that you’ll need a good metabolic workout prior to gorging on some holiday dinner debauchery, you can use them as workouts themselves.
Enjoy….
Happy Holidays,
Chris Lopez, RKC

Hey Chris,
Thanks for another great post, & for providing my boxing day workout; 10-1-10 ladder with my 35 pounder. That’ll help with the spelt carrot cake that keeps on calling me…
Have a superb Christmas!
