You really make these exercises look so easy, and I know it is directly related to your dedication to training. Even highly trained athletes would not be able to get as low as you do on their one-legged squats.

Thanks for the kind words. I’ve been doing pistols for a little while now, but everyone has to start somewhere. I’ll be filming a video on Thursday showing everyone the most logical pistol progression. Keep an eye out for that!

I second Steven’s comments… you make those look way too easy. I’ve been working on pistols on/off for months and still have trouble, especially on my right leg for some reason. I really enjoy single-leg deadlifts, though, what do you think about those?
The spiderman pull-up looks especially fun and I’m definitely working that one in to my program soon!

I love 1-leg deadlifts. There are a couple of variations that I use with KBs and free weights. YOu should try a 1-leg split Bulgarian deadlift!
