In the past 6 days I’ve averaged about 4-5 hours of sleep per night.
That’s not normal for me, nor should it be for any human being who wants to be strong, lean, healthy and vibrant.
But, these past few days have been crucial in order for me to get a message out to you.
I want to tell you a story.
It’s the story about what was probably the biggest a-ha moment in my career as a fitness professional.
It’s a story about how much I wished that if I had this information earlier on in my career, it would have made a world of difference.
You see, I’ve made a lot of mistakes. And through those mistakes, I’m able to help you even more.
