My StrongFirst Story [VIDEO]

In the past 6 days I’ve averaged about 4-5 hours of sleep per night.

That’s not normal for me, nor should it be for any human being who wants to be strong, lean, healthy and vibrant.

But, these past few days have been crucial in order for me to get a message out to you.

I want to tell you a story.

It’s the story about what was probably the biggest a-ha moment in my career as a fitness professional.

It’s a story about how much I wished that if I had this information earlier on in my career, it would have made a world of difference.

You see, I’ve made a lot of mistakes. And through those mistakes, I’m able to help you even more.

In this video, I talk about my first interaction with Pavel and what he did for me to make me realize that I had it all wrong.

And because of the “feel-the-burn-fitness-industry”, you’ve been brainwashed to believe something so a$$-backwards that after this video, you’ll come to a new understanding on why and how to train for fat loss.

And tomorrow, I will give you the solution.

Enough talk. Watch this video…

Have an awesome day and PLEASE, leave a comment on the blog and tell me what you think.

Stay strong,
Chris

Chris, I’ve followed your videos for years and haven’t been compelled to respond until now. I want to thank you for this message – it’s coming at a time when I’m making lots of changes to the way I perceive myself as an athlete and as a soon-to-be fitness trainer. I’ve always relied on endurance, speed, and agility for my personal athletic endeavors, thinking that true strength is unattainable for me because I’ve a small guy – 1.67m and just over 54kg. I would love someday to try for the StrongFirst cert after I work on muscle imbalances and gain knowledge/experience as a trainer. The perspective you’ve offered is invaluable and I can’t thank you enough… I have a lot to think about and a lot to work toward. Gotta increase the size of my container physically and mentally to stay in it and to truly help others reach their goals as well. James in San Francisco
