Hello, I just ran across your site and I am very curious about your workouts. I have started eating right and I am now looking for a workout for a dad with very little time! I have been walking 1/2 hour a day but feel like I need to get stronger. I am a complete beginner, 43 y/o, very over weight and very out of shape. Do you have a guide or step-by-step program I could follow to get started. Also, it would help if I could see the exercises since I am new to this. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
