Questions About The New TT Kettlebell Revolution

It’s quite sad and emotional for me, but unfortunately my Re-Launch Promotion of the New & Improved TT Kettlebell Revolution v2.0 is quickly coming to an end.

The 3 Exclusive Bonus Workouts – TT KB Metabolic Resistance Training, TT Kettlebell EXTREME and KB-BB Hybrid are going back in the vault tonight at 11:59pm EST.

With the release of the program and of all the hundreds of new people who are joining the TT Kettlebell Revolution, here are some of the most common questions that I’ve been getting…

Q: Chris, I can’t wait to get started on the new program.  It looks awesome!  I have one issue though.  I don’t have access to a chin-up bar and in Phase 2 – Workout A you require us to do chin-ups.  Is there a kettlebell alternative that I can do?
-Pierre, Ontario, Canada

A:  Hi Pierre, Thanks so much for the kind words. For sure! In place of chin-ups, you should substitute a 1-arm kettlebell row with your Elbow out. This will force the upper back to work a lot harder because of the angle of your elbow. The only issue with that exercise is that it will require you to do more reps to get the right kind of effect, so I would suggest doing reps in around 15-20 per arm depending on your strength.

Also, when you’re performing your military presses, emphasize “pulling” the kettlebell down under control on the eccentric (lowering) phase and you should see a lot more lat involvement as well. I explain how to do that in the Phase 2 videos.

I hope that helps,
Chris

Q: Chris, I noticed that your finishers in Phase 1 and in Phase 2 are almost identical.  Why do you have us doing almost the same finisher in 2 of the workouts in the week?
-Robert from Florida

A: Hi Robert, The reason why the finishers are identical is because I want to emphasize how much you should practice those exercises.  The 2 exercises that are focused on in those workouts – swings and snatches – are essential kettlebell exercises and you will see them throughout the Advanced Fat Loss Phase.  When you get to the advanced phase, I’d like your technique to be pretty cleaned up so that you can just work on staying strong and going hard as opposed to worrying about flawed technique.

Therefore, the finishers serve both as a metabolically demanding workout AND (most importantly) as practice for those movements to tighten up your form.

Q: Hi Chris, Where is the best place to leave you questions that I may have about specific workouts within the TT Kettlebell Revolution v2.0?
-Marilyn, Brooklyn, NY

A: Hi Marilyn, The best place to leave a question about a specific workout would be on its corresponding video page.  Each workout has a dedicated video page where the demo videos are housed and there is a comments section at the bottom.  Leave your question there and I will make sure to get back to you within the day.

Q: Chris, What’s the biggest difference between this program (v2.0) and the original TT Kettlebell Revolution?
-Geoff, Chapel HIll, NC

A: Hey Geoff, As you know, the first program was quite controversial for reasons that I won’t mention here.  Nonetheless, we saw amazing results from all the clients that used it.  Something that I noticed that I couldn’t leave alone, however, was that I had a lot of clients only doing 3 or 4 workouts per week as opposed to the 5 or 6 workouts you see in the original program.  The clients that were doing 3 to 4 workouts were getting great results that were pretty much comparable to those doing the full volume 5-6!

When I noticed that, I said to myself, “If these clients are getting the same if not better results and working out in less time, why not write a program that requires less time to complete so that people can have more time for themselves.”

That’s mainly how this program differs from the other one.  It’s simpler, with less volume, but you’ll get the same if not better results.

Hi Dave, Absolutely! You should have been sent the link to download the new program on Monday. I’m guessing that wasn’t the case. Do you still have your receipt number? I will email you. Thanks,
      Chris

99% of the world gets paid on the 1st and the 15th. Why do you have a promotion that ends on the 28th? I would love to get in on this deal, but I won’t have the money until Saturday. By then the bonuses are gone and I won’t be nearly as happy with the purchase at that point. So how about extending the bonuse to give us poor working joes a chance.

I just want to make sure I downloaded everything I was supposed to. How many files should I have if I ordered the new TT Kettlebell Revolution v2.0? I have the two files on my computer that I really wanted, but I want to make sure I have them all. Thanks!

      Hi Kimberlee

Did you get the Basic or Deluxe Package. The Basic should have 4 files in it – the main ebook/manual, the transformation/training journal, the women’s program and the getting started MP3. The Deluxe will have all of those, plus 6 or 7 more programs.

Thank you for your program – I can´t wait to get started. Is there a format in which I can download/store the videos that does not require an internet connection in order to view them? I live in an area where there is no internet coverage, so I need to access the videos offline. Thanks in advance for your help.

      Hi Vianna

I am working with my web guys to make the videos downloadable. I should have that done in about a week. Stay tuned and I’ll be sure to send an email out my VIP group.

      Thanks,
      Chris

    Dear Chris:

I will be training for a figure competition (my first). Everything I read calls for traditional 4 day weight training splits (mixing full-body and isolation exercises.) I am planning to use the kettlebell program for metabolic intervals. How can I organize this?
    Thanks

I have been working your program for almost 2 years. After receiving the new programs, I started the Metabolic Resistance program. I have a question about the Workout A. In exercise 1a you show doing 5 reps per side, for 4 sets; then 1b – 5 reps for 4 sets. Then it says to rest 30 sec. before performing the above superset 3 additional times for a total of 4 sets. Is that another 3 more sets after you’ve already done 4 sets of each 1a and 1b. That’s alot of reps and takes alot of time! Perhaps I have interpreted that wrong, and you mean do 5 reps per side of 1a then 5 reps per side of 1 b as one superset. Then do 3 more of those supersets for a total of 4. Which is it? Thanks for your help, and your new programs. Sid

      Hi Sid,

It is the latter…I do, in fact, mean “5 reps per side of 1a, then 5 reps per side of 1b”. That would be one superset and you would repeat that 3 additional times for a total of 4 supersets.

      Sorry for the confusion.

      Chris

Thanks Chris. I will say after completing 3 days of the MR program, it is killer! Today will be the 4th workout and it looks like a killer too. Before I started the MR program I was up to double KB training (which I thought was killer too) but thought I would give MR a try. Well done. Sid

    Hey Chris
I’m 45, pushing 46, have lupus and going through early menopause. I am retaining alot of water and constantly look bloated will TT KB Revolution help me?…If so how quickly should I see some kind of result?

    • Chris Lopez, RKC

Hi Jean, thank you for reaching out. It’s difficult for me to say what kind of results you will achieve based on your medical condition. My advice would be to consult with your physician and start with the program slowly. If you need any specific help with the exercises, I’d be more than happy to help you out!

      thanks,
      Chris
