The REVOLUTION Has Begun…

kbw_maincoverIt’s been a long winding road, but it’s finally done.

And it’s time to celebrate!

The TT Kettlebell Revolution Fat Loss System is now available.

And to celebrate, I’m holding a 50% off sale on the FULL product.

That means that until Friday, September 11th @ 11:59pm EST, you can pick-up your copy of the program for $47!!!

As some of you may know, I decided to quit the gym in search of a simpler alternative to training.  Kettlebells have provided me with that alternative and as a result, both myself and the clients that I train have seen a remarkable difference in the way we look and feel.

In addition to that, KB training has allowed me to cut my workout time in half (my gym sessions used to be an hour long), but still giving me really great results.

And so, I’m sharing those fat loss workouts with you in an effort to aid your frustration with your current program.

Finally, if you get your copy before Friday, I’m also giving you a FREE Fast Action Bonus – The 10-Minute KB Workout System.cb-10mkw-ebook2-1

I created these workouts for the days that you know you can’t get your workout in.  Now, there’s no excuse!

    Hey Chris,

I just bought your TT Kettlebell Revolution system. I’m very interested in the 10 minute workouts, but when I open it, there are lots of blank pages mixed in with the exercises, about 12 of them all together. Is it supposed to be like that or did I get a defective download? Please advise.

    Thanks,

    Julia

    • Hi Julia

I’ve been through the 10-minute book extensively and all required exercises are there. Unfortunately, the blank pages were an error in converting the the word processor file to a PDF. I have since uploaded a better version to the main deluxe package.

Rest assured though, nothing is missing.

      Sorry for the confusion.

      Chris

    Chris,

I have a question. I purchased your system a few days ago. Now I’m looking to buy a KB or two. My question is that I’ve found some adjustable KBs. Are they just as good as the regular ones? I’m thinking long term investment: a 40 lb adjustable KB will get me several different weights at a more reasonable price than buying one KB now and another in a few months if I outgrow, etc. Obviously, I don’t want to start too heavy or too light, you know how that is. While you might be able to figure out the exact weight I should start with, I’m a little more skeptical.

Thank you and I look forward to trying this.

    Julie

    • Hi Julie

I’ve never seen an adjustable KB before, so I can’t give you a very informed opinion on it.

Based on it being adjustable, I’m guessing there may be some (re)movable parts. With swings & snatches being very ballistic movements, I’d be weary as to whether or not I’d want potential moving parts around.

My advice would be to start with an 8kg. You’ll get a lot of use from it.

i just purchased your deluxe ttkettlebell workouts package.

im confused: when you say 2×10 for an exercise is that 2 sets and 10reps? if it is then does that mean that by the ’5th workout’ on the recording page, one is performing 2 sets 10 reps five times?

    please clarify

    thanks

Is ther e a way to get a hard copy of your books or there is only e books version of them?

Looking forward t hear from you soon.

    Thanks,

    Alfredo

    • Hi Alfredo,

Unfortunately, hard copy is not available yet. We are considering doing a hard copy version in the future, but no final decision has been made.

      Thanks,

In answer to the question about adjustable kbs, I have this one here http://www.kettlebells.com.au/store/adjustable-kettlebell.html . Have found as Chris says not the greatest for swings etc as the weight plates have to be screwed on really tightly otherwise there’s a bit of rattling and eventually I think the screw thread would get damaged. I am now planning to buy a set of fixed weight kbs and use the adjustable as a 2nd one for exercises which you perform with a a pair of kbs (saw that idea on a discussion forum somewhere and liked it a lot). Hope that helps. Cheers.

I have a question. I’ve been using kettlebells for a few weeks now and have started getting bruises on the fronts of my wrists from snatches and holding 2 kettlebells for squats, etc. I’ve tried wrapping my wrists up, but it is still very painful. Is there anyway to overcome this? Am I doing something wrong?

    Thanks,

    Karen
