[VIDEO] Dislocations for Healthy Shoulders

As a lot of you start to do more Get-Ups and presses it important to really make sure that your shoulders stay healthy.

As some of you already know, I’ve managed to keep chronic shoulder pain under control (as in I don’t get it anymore). I think that’s the case because of 3 crucial exercises…

1. Heavy Get-Ups – Get-Ups in general are great for shoulder health because they force you to stabilize load throughout various angles that you’re putting your shoulder through. You must remember to “pack” your shoulder by firing your lat.

2. Rows – I think rows – and working your upper back in general – are essential for posture. Recently I’ve been experimenting with Kroc Rows – taking a heavy kettlebell (the 36kg is the heaviest I have right now) and doing a single set on each arm for as many as I can. I’ll do that to finish my session once or twice per week.

3. Dislocations – I do dislocations everyday – whether I’m training or not – because I just like how they feel like they “grease” my shoulder joint up. You’ll get an incredible pec stretch and great shoulder joint mobility. Here’s a video for you on how to do them properly…
