I’ll admit, I’m a sucker for gymnastics training. I wish I did that stuff when I was younger and am strongly considering taking an adult’s gymnastics class now.
One thing I can tell you for sure is that because I believe so much in gymnastics training, I’ve put all of my kids in gymnastics classes…and next year, my son will be starting.
There’s just something to be said about being able to handle your bodyweight and gymnasts are some of the strongest people on the planet.
My buddy Tyler – remember him from last week’s video? – has a gymnastics background and an impressive set of abs that doesn’t only look good, but that work as well.
