Lesson 1 – Ballistic Overhead Exercises

If you’ve done any of my previous programs that involves snatches, you’ll know that you need a great deal of shoulder stability to affix a heavy weight overhead.

But the Push Press and Jerk are a different beast than the snatch mainly because you aren’t relying on your powerful hip snap to get the kettlebell overhead.

Instead, you need to use a powerful “Dip” and “Drive” while maintaining your CYLINDER to get the kettlebell overhead.

So in this “Pre-Module” to Phase 2, we are going to review the concept of the Cylinder…

…And introduce you to “The Dip” and “The Drive”.
