Enter the Push Press

If the Press is the strong and established older brother that everyone turns to…

…and the JERK is the youngest hip brother that got spoiled by being able to do everything naturally well…

Then Push Press is the “under the radar”, quiet and confident middle child that everyone forgets about.

The Push Press, however, is one of the best exercises to do with the ReCOMP program because it combines both power and the potential to build impressive muscle if programmed properly.
